I've started in 2013 and lost 15 kilograms within a year going down from 95kg to 80 kg. I sustained my weight for the first half of 2014 to then add another 8 kilo in muscle. It has been a fun ride and I hope to inspire others to boost their health and confidence through exercising more. Subscribing to my blog will be the first step towards a better version of yourself.
