Who are you

Everything in your life starts with you and how you approach things. If you want to change your life it starts in your mind. Fitness is just an outcome of a changed mindset and attitude.

Your thoughts become words. Words become actions. Regular actions become habits. Your habits form your personality. If you want to change your life, start by thinking more positive and wishing other peoples me well. This will make you grow.

So if you think you are inadequate, unfit, ugly or dumb stop. Focus on how you can become what you want to become. Do not listen to the naysayers and stay on course. Make a plan and stick to it. The journey will not be easy but simple. Take one step at a time.

It took me six years from being overweight to running three marathons, getting married and fulfilling my wife's lifelong dream to live abroad. Stay on course and if you need help come back to this blog to get inspired or reach out a hand for help.

Transformation

There are many examples of people who started on their fitness journey and transformed their bodies. People lose 100s of pounds and get their life back in order. There are many examples like this out there so there is no reason for you to not believe that you can do it.

Losing weight changed my life in a way that I Wärmofen healthy. My unprompted nosebleeds at work stopped and I started to progress towards my goals in private and professional.

Stress

Being in a state of mind where you watch out for your fitness also will equip you to cope better with stress. Ticking your goals off bit by bit in the gym will make you more confident. This, in turn, will make you less prone to others criticism and negative feelings will bounce off yourself easier.

In addition exercise itself helps to change the composition of your hormones in a way that your brain believes you are happier. The stresses in the gym and overcoming adversity there in controlled scenarios will help to cope better with the sometimes cruel and unjust real world around you.

Habits

A fitness mindset also helps to form more productive habits. Getting up to get to the gym early in the morning will give you one to two hours more each day to fulfill your dreams.

Trying and learning about different types of diet will make you a better cook, take your shopping more seriously and make you more aware of where and how your food is being produced.

Behaviour

I found that exercising regularly also helped with my levels of aggression. My entire behaviour was calmer and more balanced based on getting a more regular routine going.

Being around others who want to achieve their goals also helped to change my mindset from a consumer to a producer attitude. Counting those personal records and tracking them made me pay more attention to process and documentation in my jobs which helped to further my career in turn.

Achievement

Fitness has the big bonus that nobody can take away from you what you achieve on the track or in the gym.

You are the one responsible for how much work you put in and how far you get in your journey. There are no market conditions, suppliers, and co-workers who do not live up to expectations or hang you out to dry. What you achieve is yours and yours alone and makes you hungry for more in other areas of your life.

Control

The first thing you can control is how you think about what happens to you and around you. The next thing is your fitness level and how you treat your body.

You will see that controlling mind and body in the areas you can control will lead to more influence in the areas you can not control. I always feel like the day is already won when I get up at 5.30 am, make my bulletproof coffee and hit the gym for deadlifts.

Social network

The next thing you will see changes in when you are paying attention to fitness is that your social network changes.

People you meet in the gym early in the morning are different from the average joe. The usually want to go places in their lives and will push you to do the same.

Your friends and partner will look at you with more respect when you show the discipline to keep your mind and body fit. Making the time to take care of this also requires being more efficient and effective at work. You will be more likely to work with the A team as you want to get things done quicker and more efficiently.

Health

Last but not least your health will improve when you put in the time to get fitter. Running will provide you with fresh air and time to think away from your desk at work. Strength training will counteract your slowing growth functions of your body which lead goalie decay after you turned forty.

Changing your diet to less processed food will take less of a tool on your inner organs than eating processed can spam for decades.

Conclusion

All in all, fitness can change your life to be more productive by getting active. People who do things are usually more happy, successful and healthy than the ones who just sit there and let life pass by as an onlooker.
