Which barbell for Crossfit
The two bars to consider from my perspective would be the
Rogue Ohio bar and the
Rogue Chan bar. Rogue has built a good reputation for delivering anything that a Crossfit box needs. The Ohio bar is their best value for money model and comes in at a reasonable price. In this article, I am looking at the Fraser bar which has a special design and coating, but the basic model for $100 less will also do the job. If you want to go a little upmarket have a look at the Chan bar. It has some alterations for the knurling and sleeves which makes it a little better for Olympic lifting.
