Bumper plates are a very popular choice in many CrossFit gyms. The rubber is forgiving you to the floor and limbs. They are also useful for any kind of overhead lifting and regular dropping. These are the workhorse plates of the Rogue portfolio. If you have some very strong specimen in your ranks you might want to consider to get a couple of Olympic plates with sour purchase. The Ohio bar is the go-to model in the Rogue Barbell portfolio. Most of the newer designs have their roots in the techniques and production line first championed for the Ohio bar. Since Rogue started production they have been constantly experimenting with different materials. If you want a little more color look at the Fraser and Froning bar as alternatives.

(10) Rogue Echo Bars- 28.5MM Bar

The Echo bar is the budget version of the Rogue Ohio bar. The finish is a bit less polished and less Time material is used in this hat. This helps to bring down the cost of the 15 Econ package compared to the Ohio bar. Another option is boneyard bars. These bars usually have some optical shortcomings based on a production flaw. They are still perfect to use. You can have an eye on these for a bargain.

(2) ROGUE Bella Bar - 25.0MM Women’s Bar with Dual Knurl

The Bella bar is the Rogue standard for female lifters. Slightly less in diameter and weight, it has been designed to the specifications to compete in female strength sports. If you want to add a splash of color check out the Toomey and Davidsdottir versions of this bar.

(5) ROGUE 15LB Technique Bar - The Go to bar for technique training, the same distance between collars as competition bars

500lb of kettlebells seem a lot, but be wise which kettlebells you pick. You want to appeal to a broad spectrum of people and exercises when you choose these. Give it some thought about how you want to chop this up.

(20) Sets of Spring Collars

Spring collars are not as convenient as HG collars but so the trick. They will use hurt the barbells more and give them more scratches. If you are considering to get a cerakote bar, keep it away from spring collars. That usually doesn’t go well together.

(8) Set of ROGUE Wood Rings

Rogue rings are great for gymnastics, dips and muscle ups. They come with the necessary straps to attach them to a rack. If you want to do muscle ups you might need to anchor them in the ceiling. Make sure you have the right equipment.

A time tested device for conditioning and strength training. You might want to look into storage options to keep things organized. An alternative could be the Strongman sandbags.

Great boxes which can be used in multiple ways. They can become a headache to stare. This is why Rogue also has designed a stackable variation.

The smallest version of the Rogue squat stands and racks. This is a very cost-efficient way to get a squat and bench station into your gym. You might want to consider swap these for yokes. Your Client and you Get more options

(5) Rogue Flat Utility Bench

The Utility bench is a great tool for step ups and one-legged exercises.

(10) Rogue SR-3 Speed Rope

The current go-to option in the Rogue portfolio for speed ropes. If you want to do your double unders this is where to go. There are also upgraded versions available at Rogue.

The solid rower for any occasion. This is the standard used in the CrossFit games even though you might also want to consider the model E. The model e will provide a higher seat to easier get on and off.
