The sumo and conventional deadlift are on equal terms for maximum strength with minor individual differences. The trap bar deadlift is best for high repetition work for muscle gains with a lower risk of injury.

When to use kettlebells

Kettlebells should be used once you are ready and fit enough to move the weight about if the goal is to tone up. Will kettlebells get you ripped?

The notion in the fitness industry that you just follow one simple program for 30 days and then have the dream beach body is a fallacy to lead people astray to spend their hard-earned bucks on crap. Abs are made in the kitchen and kettlebells can help along the way, but will not be the main lever to your dream physique.
