When to use Smolov Jr
Smolov Jr is a powerlifting program which lasts for a month and resembles the base cycle out of the original Smolov program from which it was boiled down. If you are not afraid of hard work and like to reap the benefits in the gym hitting a new personal record on one of the big three within a month, you want a program you want to pour your heart and soul into.
The gym life
The gym is the place where you build your muscle, lose weight and meet with people who share the same goals. There are a lot of programs out there to make you slimmer, stronger and faster. Do you like to sweat on the treadmill, work on the machines or move some free weights ? Secondly, it is also of interest how extreme you are. Do you hit the gym all the time and even think about it in your free time or do you only go when your in-laws have announced a visit to have an excuse to get out of the house ?
Other options than Smolov Jr for you
So if you are not hardcore and mainly want to lose weight, you might want to go for running and a good, clean, diet.
