Barbell curls are bad for your wrists and can be swapped for EZ bar curls or dumbbell curls. As the curl is not usually not done for one repetition maximum efforts go with the alternatives to save your wrists from harm.

To barbell shoulder press set up the bar at shoulder height in the rack. Get under the bar and drive the bar up. Take care of your shoulder mobility to prevent injury.

While Stronglifts is a great program to build strength and muscle it is not very specific to the sport of climbing. Your time is better invested on the climbing wall or doing calisthenics if your main goal is to become the next speed climbing world champion.
