Stronglifts is the easier program to follow without a coach. Starting Strength is better suited under the supervision of a personal trainer. If powerlifting is your main interest both programs might be suboptimal.

Stronglifts 5x5 is not ideal for weight loss. Cardio and proper dieting are better to achieve your weight loss goals. Stronglifts is still better than no activity at all. If you are overweight and therefore not able to run or even walk, Stronglifts is also not suitable for you. Always consult a doctor before embarking on a fitness program to lose weight.

Stronglifts and calisthenics can be combined. They might not be the ideal pairing. Both are better paired with some cardio for fitness. If you want to go extreme bodyweight pair calisthenics with yoga. If you want to go hardcore strength pair Stronglifts with lifting stones and prowler work.

The deadlift and farmers walk are two very different exercises. If your main interest is grip strength do farmers walks. If you want to build muscle and strength in your entire body do more deadlifts.

Stronglifts and yoga are a great combo to prepare for heavier lifting later down the line. Stronglifts will build the core of your program while Yoga will take care of rehabilitation. Your strength and mobility will increase with comparatively very little time consumption. If you are mainly after developing a six pack quick, this might not be the best route to travel.
