Stronglifts is not the ideal pairing with martial arts. If you are a beginning fighter focus on your Muay Thai instructions and listen closely to your trainer. No need for extra work in the weight room, ask your master what to do instead if you want to train more. If you are a fully qualified Muay Thai fighter who wants to step up their game in the weight room, go for programs like Wendler 531 or the Juggernaut method. These are more suited to your level of fitness and goal set than Stronglifts 5x5.

The deadlift and bench press are a good combination for a full body strength session in the gym. If you like a barbell and prefer power over muscle this is the way to go.

If you have time to pay attention to each muscle group separately do the row combined with other exercises. If you have little time the deadlift is your friend.

There two options, the high bar and low bar squat. The high bar squat is better foent. Mix both for best results.

Ice cream fitness is basically Stronglifts 5x5 with a little add-on. If you have half an hour more time three times a week do Ice cream fitness. Otherwise, do Stronglifts.
