Steroids work but are not worth the risk for most. Combined with GVT your chances are high for rapid muscle growth. Talk to your doctor before going on a plan. I’d strongly recommend to avoid them.

If you are mainly about performance goals for sports Stringlifts is the better bet. If you are mainly after looks go for bodybuilding. If you want to compete in strength sports it also can make sense to put the main focus on bodybuilding first to build some muscle.

The leg press will mainly focus on the legs while the deadlift does train most of your body. The leg press has a lower risk of injury in turn and is easier to learn.
