Why deadlift with bands
Deadlifting with bands will especially address shortcomings in the lifters bar speed. The focus is on speed and not on maximum strength. They are programmed in once a week for 5 - 8 sets by 2 repetitions at 50 - 80% of one repetition maximum. Most gyms do not have the necessary facilities to perform the banded deadlift.
